Terms & Conditions:
1. Tayebat Al Sham Trading and Contracting will provide, accommodation and transportation.
2. Tayebat Al Sham Trading and Contracting will be provided absent and vacation staff replacement when required.
3. Duty meals will be Clients provided.
4. Public Holidays payment to the staff who will required to work shall be paid extra salary as per Qatar law or PH.
5. Clients must train the Staff of the Tayebat Al Sham Trading and Contracting to ensure the quality of services required.
6. Uniforms will be Clients provided.
7. Working hours should be a minimum 9hrs. Per day (8 hrs. Duty then one 1 break time) 26 days a month overtime rate is applicable as per Qatar law.
8. Workers’ time sheets should be forwarded to us within 5 days after the completion of the work or at the end of the month.
9. Cheque or bank transfer Payment should be 30 days from the date of invoice.
10. Salary and workmen’s compensation of personnel as per Qatar requirements by us.
